Bladder and Bowel Concerns

Pelvic Pain

Pregnancy

Symptoms relating to bladder and bowel concerns may include pain, leakage, and urgency or difficulty emptying. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, pelvic physiotherapy can be of benefit.

Pelvic pain can present as pelvic organ pain, pain with intimacy, low back/hip/sacrum/tailbone pain, lower abdominal pain, and/or menstrual pain. Pelvic physiotherapy can help correct these complaints.

During pregnancy, pelvic physiotherapy can help increase core and pelvic floor strength and decrease pelvic pain. It can also help prepare you for labour and delivery, as well as aid in postpartum return to activity.
