Services We Offer
Intravenous and Injection Therapies
When absorption or dose are of concern, intravenous and intramuscular injections can be invaluable. IV therapy allows vitamins and minerals to be repleted in a quick and effective manner. Many benefits of IV therapy come from the antioxidative support it provides, which support many functions within the body. There are many forms of IV therapy, and if it's indicated it will be offered to you during an initial consultation as a part of your treatment plan.
Laser and Pain Therapy
Laser therapy, also referred to as
"Cold Laser" or Low-Level Laser Therapy, uses infrared and red frequencies of light to stimulate blood-flow and healing in injured tissues. It provides improved mobility, pain relief, and a period of increased healing. Laser therapy is useful for a broad variety of injuries in any tissue within the body, including nerves and bone. It's safe over orthotic implants, and metal, but should be avoided over tattoo's and electrical implants (CNS or Pacemaker). We avoid laser in pregnancy and active cancers as there's a lack of safety data for these populations, but otherwise laser is very well tolerated, safe, and effective.
Naturopathic Consultation
During a consultation, we may explore lifestyle, clinical nutrition, botanicals, Chinese medicine, acupuncture and injection therapies to get your body working the way it is intended to. Less is more, and we typically start with the least invasive and simplest interventions, and progress to more complex therapies if needed. Physical examination, conventional laboratory testing or other functional laboratory testing may be used for assessment. These visits may also involve treatments such as physical medicine, acupuncture, laser, or intramuscular injections if they are warranted.
